The fruition of our partnership is "Star Wars: Bounty Hunter - Beyond The Game." I knew, after seeing his excellent "The Story of Star Wars" DVD that MoveAlong had the technical skills and creativity I was looking for to complete this project. MoveAlong created all the menu screens and handled all technical aspects of authoring the DVD. In the summer of 2006, MoveAlong agreed to use all the material I had assembled and produce a professional quality DVD. Over the next year, I gathered as much material as possible from the Internet concerning the game, and mapped out ideas for a DVD project. This began the idea to create a fan preservation DVD project. sfd video files on the PlayStation 2 version of the game and converted them to DVD compliant. In total they created over 30 minutes of cinematics which were interspersed between game levels to advance the storyline. The game marked the first collaboration between LucasArts and Industrial Light and Magic on a game's cinematic cut scenes. The story in the game takes place ten years before the events of "Star Wars Episode II: Attack Of The Clones." The game tells an essential story of the Star Wars universe: why and how Count Dooku chose Jango Fett as the template for the clone army. "Star Wars: Bounty Hunter" was released in 2002 for the Sony PlayStation 2 and Nintendo GameCube videogame consoles. I am a big fan of a lot of the fan edits and preservation projects around here! I am simply amazed by the incredible projects so many people in this community have put together. I have lurked around here for quite awhile, and have posted very rarely.
